If we feel like we are a good fit, the next step is to fill out our forms. A standard step when starting any kind of therapeutic service.
Our first couple sessions will help me get to know you more. I value gaining a better understanding of who you are, catching up to speed with where I am meeting you, as well as get you comfortable with the therapeutic process.
Our first step is a free 20 minute consultation where we establish that we are a great fit for each other. I’m happy to share more about my approach and would love to understand what prompted you to reach out.

At this time I offer 50 minute and 75 minute sessions. I recommend 50 minute sessions for individual therapy and 75 minute sessions for couples therapy.

Payments are accepted through e-transfer and Wave, which accepts banking and credit card payments.

At this time Ravel Therapy does not offer direct billing however we provide receipts for insurance and benefits purposes.

Can't make it to your appointment? It happens!
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee.

No problem! Due to the incredibly personal nature of therapy, it is imperative that we are a great fit for each other. In the case that we are not, I am happy to refer you to another therapist that I believe will be a better fit for you. Just feel free to ask!
