OUR PEOPLE

MSW, RSW
PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

Throughout my own experience seeking support, I found myself often diminishing the severity of my concerns which resulted in me feeling isolated and continuing to struggle with my mental health.

That’s why my practice aims to create a sense of community. This supports my clients to feel cocooned in a safe space that allows them to compassionately process their experiences, gain a new outlook on life, and restore agency to them when things feel not in their control.
